Ingredients:
2 cups of microgreens (such as arugula, kale, or spinach)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
Add garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
Add microgreens and stir to mix with the garlic and oil. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently until the greens have wilted slightly.
Drizzle in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
